After these periods, your personal information will be entirely deleted from our systems and database or obfuscated where possible.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have a right to access and rectify or erase your personal information, receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to the active processing of your personal information, ask Us to share (portability) your personal information to another entity, or withdraw any consent you provided to Us to process your personal information. Do note that if you do not allow Us to collect or process the required personal information or withdraw consent to process the same for the required purposes, you may not be able to access or use the services for which your information was sought.

To exercise these rights, you can write to Us at consent@gamecheck.com. Where you make a request in respect of your rights, We will require proof of identification. We may also ask that you clarify your request. We will aim to respond to any request within one (1) month of verifying your identity. If We receive repeated requests or have reason to believe requests are being made unreasonably, We reserve the right not to respond.

By providing your personal information, you acknowledge that you are required to provide your actual, accurate and complete personal information as requested by Us. Furthermore, you must inform us of any changes to your personal information to ensure it is kept up to date and accurate.

Camera and Photo Library Access (Gamecheck App only)

The following applies specifically to the use of the Gamecheck mobile app:

  • Camera Access:
    The Gamecheck app may request access to your device’s camera solely to scan QR codes, such as those displayed on SEAL or casino websites. The app does not capture, record, or store any photos or video footage.
  • Photo Library Access:
    The app may also request access to your photo library, but only to scan QR codes within images you manually select (e.g., screenshots of SEAL). The app does not access, view, store, or transmit any other content from your photo library.

All QR code scanning is performed locally on your device, and no image data is uploaded to Gamecheck servers or shared with third parties.
